Rapid repair
For laid brick lining or casting lining,if it is worn or partial fall occurs during production,gunning can be directly adopted to repair,then feeding materials and production is continued immediately,so the furnace shutdown is only several hours.

Partial repair
Previously,if several square meters of laid brick lining or casting lining fall,big area lining(including lining in good condition need to be dismantled in order to lay the bricks or install mould;but when gunning repair is adopted,only the fallen parts are repaired,which saves the refractories,reduces the cost,is rapid and convenient.

Application scope
Gunning mix can be used for all parts(parts with strong wind and sand,anomalous shape,such as top of furnace end hood,top and wall of grate cooler,waste pipe,third air duct,smoke chamber,decomposing furnace,each step ascend flue and cyclone)except coal burner and furnace mouth,which shows the abrasion resistance and construction advantage of gunning mix.
